Marinated partridge legs
- 6 partridge’s leg
- 4 tbsp Honey
- Ground Pink pepper
- 2 Cups orange juice
- 1 Cup flour
Mix honey, pink pepper and Tabasco, then add the partridge legs and mix again. Cover the preparation with orange juice and let it rest for a couple of hours.
Take the legs out of the preparation and season with salt. Put the flour in a bowl and gently press the legs into the flour (like when you are breading) so when you deep fry them it makes a thin crust. Deep fry them in oil until the crust is looks brown. You may serve with dip.
